The Story Behind Our Methods

Our founder Astrid Kellerman was working as a financial planner in Sydney when she noticed something troubling. Clients would leave meetings looking overwhelmed rather than empowered. The sales training she'd received focused on closing techniques, but ignored the human element entirely.

After attending yet another seminar about "overcoming objections," she decided to try something different. She started recording her client conversations - with permission, of course - and analyzing what actually led to successful outcomes.

The patterns were fascinating. The best meetings weren't the ones where she talked the most, but where she asked the right questions at the right moments. Clients didn't need to be convinced - they needed to be understood.

This insight became the foundation for everything we do. We don't teach manipulation or pressure tactics. We teach financial professionals how to have conversations that genuinely serve their clients' interests while building sustainable businesses.

How We Actually Work
